Addison Lee launches ‘new look’ digital booking interface to its customers

Private hire firm Addison Lee has launched a ‘new look’ digital booking interface to its customers this week.

The firm say they have launched a booking platform with access to a ‘wider suite of tiered services’, catering for different customer needs.

The three options being offered to passengers include; Select, Executive and First. Each tier is also able to cater for larger groups, 5-6 people, by selecting the firms + option.

Andy Boland, Addison Lee CEO, said: “After a year of innovation, growth and significant changes at Addison Lee Group, we’re excited to announce the next step in our journey towards becoming the pre-eminent industry leader in global ground transportation.

“We are committed to continually reviewing the experience we deliver, identifying additional ways to improve our service, and bring passengers the quality that we know they expect and deserve. An integral part of this process is ensuring that our passengers have a fully integrated, consistent and seamless experience across the globe.

“This week, we launched our ‘new look’ digital global booking interface, with access to a wider suite of tiered services, catering for our customer’s every need – from day-to-day journeys delivered by professionally trained drivers, to our high-end chauffeur-driven experience.”

He added: “In the US, we’re thrilled we can expand our reach and open up new opportunities in the market as we’re now able to provide customers with a wider suite of services across multiple booking channels.

“All of these improvements are designed to give customers and bookers a more convenient, flexible and consistent experience, no matter where in the world they’re travelling.

“Across the international market, the quality of the passenger journey – from booking to arrival – is what drives us: we are motivated every day by delivering a consistent, premium service for the journeys that matter.”
